CRISTIAN MOJICA
Dominican screenwriter and producer, co-founder of the collective/production company Mentes Fritas Producciones. With over 10 feature films produced, including LA BACHATA DE BIONICO, winner of the Audience Award at SXSW 2024, and an official selection at the Locarno Film Festival and BFI London Film Festival; RAFAELA, winner of Primera Mirada; EL DÍA DE LA TORMENTA, winner of Best Feature Film at the Dominican Film Festival in New York; FRAGANCIA TROPICAL, a docufiction winner of FONPROCINE 2024 in the Documentary Post-Production category and selected for Málaga WIP 2025; and AZUL MAGIA, with over 9 million views on streaming platforms.

He has participated in "Meet Them!" at the 71st edition of the San Sebastián International Film Festival, as well as in "Match Me" at the 77th edition of the Locarno Film Festival.

He has been part of the production of films that have had an extensive festival run, such as SUGAR ISLAND, BANTUMAMA, LA FAMILIA REYNA, LA SOGA 3, among others.
