Mentes Fritas productions, is our base production company founded in 2008, located in Santo Domingo, Dom. Rep. It has a catalog of several feature films, such as "Azul Magia" (2017), a fantasy film included in the screenings of York . Film Festival and the NY Dominican Film Festival, "El Día de la Tormenta", a psychological thriller with a release date for 2022, and "La Hora de Volvé", a documentary about the migration of dominicans to Chile, in post-production phase. Also co-producer of the feature film "Rafaela" (2022) by director Tito Rodríguez, and local producer of the Canadian feature film "Norbourg" (2021) by director Maxime Giroux.

 

Director of commercials and music videos for artists such as Riccie Oriach, Vakero, La Materialista, Xiomara Fortuna and among others, nominated at different music video festivals and the Soberanos Awards, the highest art award in Santo Domingo. Supported by the CINERGIA Audiovisual Promotion Fund for the production of the short film “Assisting the dentist's wound” (2008), included in the OFF-Clermont show in France and Brazil. In the official selection of the Trinidad + Tobago Film Festival and winner of the Santiago International Independent Film Festival with the short film “It has been a pleasure” (2011).

 

Its currently developing the feature film "La Bachata de Bionico", a black romantic comedy that will be filmed at the end of 2022.
